摘要
基于区域三大本性,结合适应性关键参数构建海洋渔业系统适应性评价体系,运用递阶综合指数法与障碍度模型,对中国大陆沿海11省份海洋渔业系统的适应性特征与障碍因素进行分析,进而有针对性地提出应对策略。研究结果表明,2006—2016年我国大陆沿海11省份的海洋渔业系统适应性虽均呈现持续增强的发展态势,但地区之间不均衡发展趋势明显;海洋渔业系统适应性空间上呈自中部向南北两端递减的分布特征;三大本性适应性子系统的时空分异特征显著,适应性的三个关键参数对各子系统作用程度存在较大差异;海洋监测站覆盖率、海洋自然保护区数量、海水养殖面积、渔业信息手机用户未覆盖率,以及水产技术推广机构示范基地是限制海洋渔业系统适应性发展的主要因素。
Based on the three natures of the region and the key parameters of adaptability,the adaptability evaluation system of marine fishery has been constructed.The hierarchical comprehensive index method and obstacle degree model are used to analyze the adaptability characteristics and obstacle factors of marine fishery system in 11 coastal provinces in China,and then corresponding solutions are proposed.The results show that from the year 2006 to 2016,the adaptability of marine fishery system in 11 coastal provinces in China has been increasing,but the regional unbalanced development tends to be obvious.The adaptability of marine fishery system shows a decreasing spatial distribution from the central China to the north and south.The spatio-temporal differentiation of the three natures adaptive subsystems is significant,and the three key parameters of adaptability have different effects on each subsystem.The coverage rate of marine monitoring stations,the number of marine nature reserves,the area of marine aquaculture,the uncoverage rate of fishery information mobile phone users,and the demonstration base of aquatic technology promotion organizations are all the main factors that limit the adaptive development of marine fishery system.
