摘要
细胞外囊泡(EVs)是由细胞分泌或释放的具有双层膜结构的囊泡状小体,可以介导信号传递、基因表达、炎症反应和免疫逃逸等。在寄生虫感染过程中,EVs可以作用于宿主巨噬细胞、DC细胞及T细胞等,进而影响IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IFN-γ和TNF-α等细胞因子表达,或通过调控细胞信号通路来介导寄生虫免疫逃逸。此外,EVs膜蛋白通过模拟宿主蛋白,也有助于逃避宿主免疫应答。本文就吸虫、线虫和绦虫等医学蠕虫EVs的相关免疫调节作用进行综述。
Extracellular vesicles(EVs) are bilayer vesicles secreted or released by cells, which can mediate signal transmission, gene expression, inflammatory response and immune escape. In the course of parasitic infection,EVs can act on host macrophages, DC cells and T cells,and further affect the expression of cytokines such as IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,IFN-γ and TNF-α,mediating parasite immune escape by regulating cell signaling pathways. In addition, EVs membrane protein also helps to evade host immune response by simulating host proteins. In this paper, the immunomodulatory effects of EVs of medical worms such as fluke, nematode and tapeworm were reviewed.
