美国学位学徒制对我国教育的启示

摘要 《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出,“深化职普融通,探索具有中国特色的高层次学徒制,完善与职业教育发展相适应的学位授予标准和评价机制”。借鉴美国学位学徒制经验,我国要加快研究和制定学位学徒制相关法规和政策,建立完善的管理系统,在政府引导下整合社会资源,确定合适的职业范围,开发相应的课程,促进学位学徒制的实践探索。 The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era has proposed“deepen the integration of vocational education and general education,explore the high-level apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and improve the degree awarding standards and evaluation mechanism that adapt to the development of vocational education”.Drawing on the experience of the United States in exploring the degree apprenticeship system,China should formulate the laws and policies of the degree apprenticeship system,establish a sound management system,and integrate social resources under the guidance of the government,determine the appropriate range of occupations and develop appropriate courses to promote the practical exploration of degree apprenticeship.
