摘要
运用文献资料法,对健康中国背景下我国老龄人口体育健身的组织形式进行研究。针对目前存在的问题提出了“高校+社区”老龄人口体育驿站建设的解决构想,认为体育驿站要以政府购买社会体育服务为前提,以社区为纽带,以高校体育资源为核心进行规范化建设,使更多老龄人口的体育健身需求得到满足,旨在为健康中国建设和创新社区体育服务形式做出尝试。
This paper studies the organizational form of the aging population physical fitness under the background of Healthy China by using the method of literature.The research shows that at present there is a practical contradiction between diversified demands and insufficient supply of resources for physical fitness among the elderly population,aiming at the problem,the paper puts forward the solution of the construction of"university+community"sports relay station for the aged population,it is believed that the premise of the sports relay station is to purchase social sports services by the government,with community ties,taking college sports resources as the core to carry out standardized construction,In order to meet the physical fitness needs of more elderly people,it can make new attempts to construct and innovate community sports service form for healthy China.
