摘要
为了改善高温高湿矿井工作环境,降低作业人员发生中暑的概率,利用作业环境模拟室,对不同温度(32、35、38℃)和相对湿度(70%、90%)环境下人体的口腔温度、心率、体表温度进行测试,并对实验数据变化趋势与显著性进行分析,结果表明:在温度32℃、相对湿度90%环境下,连续作业时间不应超过4 h;在温度35℃、相对湿度分别为70%、90%环境下,连续作业时间不应超过3、2 h;在温度38℃、相对湿度70%环境下,连续作业时间不应超过1 h,在相对湿度90%环境下,应立即停止作业。基于高温高湿矿井作业人员自身热害防护提出了合理措施。
In order to improve the working environment of high-temperature and high-humidity mine and reduce the probability of heatstroke among workers,in the operating environment simulation room,the oral temperature,heart rate and shell temperature of the human body were tested under different temperatures(32℃,35℃,38℃)and relative humidity(70%,90%),the variation tendency and significance of the experimental data were analyzed.The results show that the continuous operation time should not exceed 4 hours under the condition of 32℃and 90%relative humidity;At 35℃,the continuous operation time should not exceed 3 hours when the relative humidity is 70%,and should not exceed 2 hours when the relative humidity is 90%;when the temperature is 38℃and the relative humidity is 70%,the continuous operation time should not exceed 1 h,when the relative humidity is 90%,the operation should be stopped immediately.Reasonable measures were put forward from the aspect of self-protection against heat damage of workers in high-temperature and high-humidity mines.
