摘要
本研究参照国家标准GB/T 20769-2008对样品中吡唑醚菌酯的残留量进行测定,建立了一种测定香蕉中吡唑醚菌酯残留量的不确定度数学模型,分析了整个检测过程中各种不确定度影响因子并进行评定,确定有关分量并合成不确定度。研究结果显示:当香蕉中吡唑醚菌酯残留量为0.0348 mg/kg时,在95%的置信区间下,合成不确定度为0.00243 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.0049 mg/kg(k=2),其中样品测量重复性、标准溶液配制与标准曲线的拟合等环节引入的不确定度影响较大。
In this study,the pyraclostrobine residues in the sample was determined according to the national standard GB/T 20769-2008.A mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation for the determination of pyraclostrobine residues in banana fruit was proposed.The sources of uncertainty that may be introduced were analyzed and each component of uncertainty was quantified and used to calculate combined uncertainty.It was found that,when the pyraclostrobine residues in banana fruit was 0.0348 mg/kg,the extended uncertainty was 0.0049 mg/kg(k=2)under the 95%confidence interval.Moreover,the measurement repeatability,standard solution preparation and the calibration fitting are the main factors affecting uncertainty.
