粉煤灰对高填充PVC复合板材性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 测试了粉煤灰的主要成分,比较了粉煤灰与碳酸钙的粒度分布及微观形貌,考察了筛分对粉煤灰粒度分布的影响,以及对高填充PVC复合板材力学性能的影响,分析了粉煤灰用量对高填充PVC复合板材加工性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:筛分可以缩小粉煤灰的粒度分布范围,提高高填充PVC复合板材的力学性能;当粉煤灰用量为90份、碳酸钙用量为210份时,可兼顾高填充PVC复合板材的加工性能和力学性能。 The main components of fly ash were tested.The particle size distribution and micro morphology of fly ash and those of calcium carbonate were compared.The effects of screening on the particle size distribution of fly ash and on the mechanical properties of highly-filled PVC composite plate were investigated.The effects of fly ash content on the processing and mechanical properties of highly-filled PVC composite plate were analyzed.The results showed that the size distribution of fly ash could be narrowed by screening,which could improve the mechanical properties of highly-filled PVC composite plate.When the fly ash content was 90 parts and the calcium carbonate content was 210 parts,the processing and mechanical properties of highly-filled PVC composite plate could be combined.
