有机硅改性核壳苯丙乳液的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation and properties of silicone modified core shell styrene acrylate emulsion

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)为单体,KH-570、KH-602为偶联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与OP-10为乳化剂,采用乳液聚合方式制备了一种具有核壳结构的有机硅改性苯丙乳液。试验考察了反应温度、乳化剂体系、单体配比、KH-570含量以及KH-602含量对乳液性能的影响,并采用激光粒度仪(DLS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对乳液进行了分析,使用热重分析(TG)、红外(FT-IR)分析和拉伸测试对乳液形成的胶乳膜进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明:当聚合温度70~80℃、复合乳化剂OP-10/SDS比例为4∶3、丙烯酸异辛酯添加量为55%、KH-570添加量为5%、KH-602添加量为20%时,得到的胶乳膜最大失重速率温度为373.02℃,断裂强度为3.58 MPa,抗拉强度为2.36 MPa,断裂伸长率为257%,且具有良好的耐水性能。 Silicone modified styrene acrylate emulsion with core shell structure was prepared by emulsion polymerization method with styrene(St)and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA)as monomer,KH-570 and KH-602 as coupling agent,potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and OP-10 as emulsifier.The effects of reaction temperature,emulsifier system,monomer ratio,KH-570 content and KH-602 content on the properties of emulsion were investigated.The prepared emulsion was analyzed by dynamic light scattering(DLS)and transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the latex film formed by emulsion was characterized and tested by thermogravimetric analysis(TG),infrared analysis(FT-IR)and tensile test.The research results showed that when the polymerization temperature was 70~80℃,the ratio of composite emulsifier OP-10/SDS was 4∶3,the amount of2-ethylhexyl acrylate was 55%,the amount of KH-570 was 5%,and the amount of KH-602 was 20%,the maximum weight loss rate temperature of the obtained latex film was 373.02℃,the breaking strength was3.58 MPa,the tensile strength was 2.36 MPa,the elongation at break was 257%,and it had good water resistance.
