摘要
阐述了路面性能衰变的原因以及预养护的迫切性和重要性,初步介绍了沥青渗透固化剂及其相对于其它养护材料的优势和特点。通过其在陈海公路预养护工程中的应用,进一步研究了沥青渗透固化剂具体的施工工艺,施工质量控制以及施工质量检测方法等。通过分析可知,沥青渗透固化剂材料的应用,显著地延长了公路路面大中修的养护周期,极大地节约了路面的养护成本。值得在路面养护工程中推广。
The reasons for the deterioration of pavement performance as well as the urgency and importance of pre-maintenance were explained in this paper.An asphalt penetration curing agent and its advantages and characteristics compared to other maintenance materials were preliminarily introduced.Through its application in the preventive maintenance project of Chenhai Highway,the specific construction technology,construction quality control and construction quality inspection methods of asphalt penetration curing agent were further studied.Through analysis,it can be seen that the application of asphalt penetration curing agent materials significantly prolongs the maintenance cycle of highway pavement major and medium repairs,and greatly saves the pavement maintenance costs.It is worth promoting in road maintenance projects.
