摘要
相对传统破碎工艺而言,共振碎石化技术是实现反射裂缝消除和水泥混凝土路面剩余承载力尽可能提高这两个条件的工艺最优解。应用共振碎石化技术对水泥混凝土路面实施"白改黑"之后,路面平整度更高、抗滑性更优,行车噪声和眩光特性更低,由此使得行车舒适性和安全性更佳。且施工对交通的影响更小、施工费用更低,更符合城市发展的需求。现结合上海市闵行区七莘路(沪青平公路—顾戴路)道路大修工程实际,对原水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化施工工艺进行阐述,总结了共振碎石化施工质量控制要点及验收标准。以该工程的实践,论证了共振碎石化技术在城市大修工程中的高效率、低成本、高环保、少扰民等优势,是城市"白改黑"道路大修工程中的一种高效可行的手段,具有广阔的应用前景。
Compared with the traditional method,the resonant crushing technology is the optimal solution to balance the tradeoff of eliminating reflective cracks and maximizing the residual bearing capacity of cement concrete pavement.After applying resonance crushing technology to cement concrete pavement"white to black",the pavement flatness was higher,skid resistance was better,and the driving noise as well as glare characteristics were lower,achieving better driving comfort and safety.The construction had less impact on traffic and lower construction cost,which was more consistent with the needs of urban development.The construction process of resonant crushing of the original cement concrete pavement was described,and the quality control points and acceptance criteria of resonant crushing construction were summarized.With the practice of this project,it is proved that the resonance crushing technology in urban overhaul project has advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high environmental protection and less disturbance,which is an efficient and feasible means in urban"white to black"road overhaul project and has a broad application prospect.
