服务人民是习近平总书记向人民警察队伍致训词的重要内容。人民警察服务人民有着丰富的内涵,其核心理念是始终把人民放在心中最高位置,基本出发点是人民群众的切身利益,基本方法是从人民群众关心的事情做起,根本目标是保障人民安居乐业,评价标准是让人民群众满意。准确把握人民警察服务人民内在的、严密的逻辑关系,是深入贯彻训词精神的前提条件与重要保证。
To serve the people constitutes an important part of the speech addressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping to the people's police force.The people's police serving the people has rich connotation.Its core conception is to put the people in the prioritized position in police’s hearts.The initial point targets the people’s interests.The primary method is to begin with what the people care about.The fundamental goal is to protect the people's peaceful and happy livelihood and work.The evaluation standard is whether the people are satisfied.To accurately grasp the internal and strict logical relationship between the people’s police and serving the people is the prerequisite and important guarantee for the thorough implementation of the spirit of his speech.
