摘要
2007至2008年期间,国内某压水堆核电厂反应堆堆顶温度高,控制棒棒位监测线圈绝缘层融化流出。经分析各种故障原因,最终通过改善循环冷却系统结构设计,提高了冷源风量及风压,改善了反应堆堆顶通风,有效降低了EMA堆顶温度,提高了设备安全性。
During 2007-2008,the insulation layer of the control rod position monitoring coil melted out due to the high temperature of a PWR nuclear power plant’reactor top.After analyzing the causes of various failures,the air volume and pressure of the cold fan are increased,the ventilation of the reactor top(EMA)is improved,the temperature of the reactor top is effectively reduced,and the safety of the equipment is improved.
