微波消解ICP-MS法测定谷壳中5种无机元素的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立了微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定谷壳中Cr、As、Cd、Sb、Pb含量的方法。结果显示,Cr、As、Cd、Sb、Pb 5种无机元素的标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.995,方法精密度RSD<6.8%,检出限在0.002~0.026μg/L之间,加标回收率在95.4%~107.9%之间。该方法具有准确、简便、快速、灵敏等特点,适用于谷壳中多种无机元素的快速定量分析。 In this study we developed a determination method for Cr,As,Cd,Sb and Pb in rice husk by ICP-MS combined with microwave digestion.The results showed that,for all the elements,the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were over 0.995,the relative standard deviations were less than 6.8%,the detection limits were in the range of 0.002μg/L to 0.026μg/L,and the spiked recoveries were between 95.4%and 107.9%.This method was accurate,convenient,rapid and highly sensitive,thus suitable for the quantitative analysis of inorganic elements in rice husk.
