摘要
采用不同比表面积的纳米碳酸钙与1500目改性重质碳酸钙复配后填充于硅酮密封胶中,考察其对硅酮密封胶加工性能、弹性回复率及补强等性能的影响,探索改性重钙在硅酮密封胶中的作用机制。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙与1500目重质碳酸钙复配后与比表面积相当的纳米碳酸钙相比,具备更低的黏度和更高的挤出率,其中基胶黏度下降约40%,挤出率增加约30%,成品胶黏度下降约27%,挤出率增加幅度高达28%;复配后的表干时间稍有延长,弹性回复率稍有减小,而硬度与单一纳米碳酸钙相当;在力学补强效果上与单一纳米碳酸钙相当,断裂伸长率稍有减小,但浸水处理后拉伸强度及伸长率保持率有所提高,脱粘面积也有所改善。
Nano calcium carbonate with different specific surface area and 1500 mesh modified heavy calcium carbonate were used to fill in silicone sealant.The effects of nano calcium carbonate on the processability,elastic recovery and reinforcement of silicone sealant were investigated,and the mechanism of modified heavy calcium carbonate in silicone sealant was explored.The results showed that compared with the nano calcium carbonate with the same specific surface area,the nano calcium carbonate with 1500 mesh modified heavy calcium carbonate had lower viscosity and higher extrusion rate,and the viscosity ofbase gum decreased by about 40%.The extrusion rate increases about 30%.The viscosity of the finished product decreased by 27%.The extrusion rate increased by 28%;the surface drying time of the composite was slightly prolonged,the elastic recovery rate was slightly decreased,and the hardness was equivalent to that of single nano calcium carbonate;the mechanical strengthening effect is similar to that of single nano calcium carbonate,the elongation at break decreases slightly,but the tensile strength,elongation retention rate and debonding area are improved after soaking.
