摘要
文章利用道化学法对LNG接收站各工艺单元的物料潜在火灾爆炸危险性进行量化分析,计算出火灾爆炸事故的伤害半径,分析影响接收站火灾、危险指数(F&EI)的主要因素,评估设计安全补偿措施的有效性。评价结果表明,经过安全补偿后各单元风险等级降低到可接受范围内。
In this paper,The Fire&Explosion Index was used to quantitatively analyze the potential fire and explosion risk,calculate the damage radius of fire and explosion accident,analyze the main factors affecting the F&EI of the terminal,evaluate the effectiveness of the designed loss control credit factors of each process unit in LNG terminal.The evaluation results show that the risk level of each unit is reduced to an acceptable range after loss control credit factors.
