摘要
钻井液中的降滤失剂是钻井液体系的主要功能性材料,是控制失水的关键处理剂,通过对不同钻井液的封堵降滤失性、润滑性、抑制性等进行综合对比评价,发现抗高温改性淀粉基钻井液与铵基类降滤失剂复配,可实现体系优良的降滤失性能。整个处理技术的核心在于能够形成真正的抗高温环保型钻井液体系,从而实现环保处理的源头控制。
Filtrate reducer in drilling fluid is the main functional material of the system and the key treatment agent to control water loss.Through the comprehensive comparative evaluation of plugging filtrate loss reduction,lubricity and inhibition of different drilling fluids,it has proven that the combination of high temperature resistant modified starch based drilling fluid and ammonium based filtrate reducer can achieve excellent filtrate loss reduction performance of the system.The core of the whole treatment technology was to form a real high temperature resistant and environment-friendly drilling fluid system,so as to realize the source control of environmental protection treatment.
