文章介绍了一种简单、高效、无溶剂、易于商业化的方法,用静态顶空进样和气相色谱法火焰离子化检测法测定水样中的8种苯系化合物和12种氯苯类化合物。对所提出的静态顶空进样方法进行了初步优化,探索了最佳实验条件:10 mL水样,加入20%氯化钠,置于20 mL小瓶中,70℃搅拌43 min。20种样品的线性范围为1~200μg/L,相关系数为0.9962~0.9994。检测限介乎0.15~0.4μg/L。外标法测定纯水、自来水和石油化工废水中不同浓度的苯系物和氯苯类化合物的相对回收率分别为84%~113%、78%~115%和85%~119%,相对标准偏差分别为3.8%~6.8%、4.1%~5.8%和4.8%~5.4%(n=5)。该方法可以同时测定纯净水、自来水和石油化工废水中的苯系物和氯苯类化合物。
A simple,eff icient,solvent-free and commercial method for the determination of 8 benzene series compounds and 12 chlorobenzene compounds in water samples by static headspace injection and gas chromatography flame ionization detection was introduced.The static headspace injection method was optimized,and the optimal experimental conditions were as follows:10mL water sample,20%sodium chloride added,placed in 20 mL vial,stirred at 70℃for 43 min.The linear range of 20 samples was 1~200μg/L,and the correlation coeff icient was 0.9962~0.9994.The detection limits ranged from 0.15 to 0.4μg/L.The relative recoveries of benzenes and chlorobenzenes in pure water,tap water and petrochemical wastewater were 84%~113%,78%~115%and 85%~119%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 3.8%~6.8%,4.1%~5.8%and 4.8%~5.4%(n=5).The method can be used for the simultaneous determination of benzene series and chlorobenzene compounds in purif ied water,tap water and petrochemical wastewater.
