摘要
应用型高校的学生结构较为复杂,根据布尔迪厄的“场域—惯习”理论的分析框架可以发现,应用型高校的学生来自于不同的教育场域,他们之间存在着资本差异和惯习冲突。因此,在教育管理上,应用型高校应当充分认识学生场域来源的复杂性,促进不同群体学生间的资本与惯习互补,着力塑造学生的“技术人”意识。
The structure of students in application-oriented colleges is complex.According to Bourdieu's"field—habitus"theory,we can find that students in application-oriented colleges come from different education fields,and there are capital differences and habitus conflicts between them.Therefore,in education management,application-oriented colleges should fully understand the complexity of the source of students'field,promote the complementary capital and habits among different groups of students,and strive to shape the students'consciousness of"technical person".
