摘要
目的:考察蔓三七提取物(MSQ)对氧嗪酸钾致小鼠急性高尿酸血症治疗效果的影响。方法:通过腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾建立高尿酸血症模型,将造模成功的雄性KM小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、别嘌醇组(10 mg/kg)和MSQ组(300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg),并灌胃治疗5 d,检测小鼠血清中尿酸含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组尿酸值明显增加(p≤0.001),提示造模成功;别嘌醇组明显降低由氧嗪酸钾引起的高尿酸值(p≤0.05);MSQ组(300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg)对由氧嗪酸钾引起的高尿酸值无显著性影响。结论:MSQ未表现出对氧嗪酸钾致小鼠急性高尿酸模型具有抗尿酸作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gynura procumbens extract(MSQ)on the treatment of acute hyperuricemia induced by potassium oxonate in mice.Methods:Hyperuricemia model was established by intraperitoneal injection of potassium oxonate.The established male KM mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,allopurinol group(10 mg/kg)and MSQ group(300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg),and given intragastric treatment for 5 days.The serum uric acid content of the mice was determined.Results:Compared with the normal group,the uric acid value of the model group was significantly increased(p≤0.001),indicating the success of modeling.The high uric acid value caused by potassium oxonate was significantly decreased in allopurinol group(p≤0.05).MSQ group(300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg)had no significant effect on the high uric acid value caused by potassium oxonate.Conclusion:The extract of Gynura procumbens extract(MSQ)has no antiuric effect on acute hyperuric acid induced by potassium oxonate in mice.
