摘要
目的:探究改造前后沉淀池排泥水含固率变化,验证改造成果。方法:综合《生活饮用水标准检验方法:感官性状和物理指标》(GB/T 5750.4-2006)中溶解性总固体的测定称量法和《水和废水监测分析方法》第四版的残渣测量方法制定沉淀池排泥水含固率检测方法,在相同条件下对改造前后沉淀池各监测点排泥水含固率进行检测和分析对比。结果:沉淀池从进水端至出水端含固率呈逐渐降低趋势,改造后沉淀池总平均含固率远高于沉淀池改造前。结论:改造后排泥效率提升明显。
Objective:To explore the change of solid content of sludge water in sedimentation tank before and after reconstruction so as to verify the reconstruction results.Methods:Based on the determination and weighing method of total dissolved solids in“Standard Test Method for Drinking Water:Sensory Properties and Physical Indexes”(GB/T 5750.4-2006)and the residue measurement method in the fourth edition of“Water and wastewater monitoring and analysis method”,the detection method for the solid content of sludge water in the sedimentation tank was developed.Under the same conditions,the solid content of sludge water in each monitoring point of the sedimentation tank before and after the transformation was detected,analyzed and compared.Results:The solid content of the sedimentation tank decreased gradually from the inlet to the outlet,and the total average solid content of the reformed sedimentation tank was much higher than that before the reform.Conclusion:The mud discharge efficiency is obviously improved after the transformation.
