2019年赣州市某乡镇小学生健康知识科普效果调查

摘要 目的评价健康科普课程进校园对小学生健康知识掌握提升的效果。方法 2019年4月,"根植基层,健康同行"项目走进赣州市某乡镇小学,通过问卷调查的形式对三~六年级小学生科普课程前后的健康知识的掌握情况进行评价,分析健康知识知晓率变化和满意度情况。结果共调查三~六年级学生737人,授课前后应答率分别为100.00%和97.20%。小学生对问题"同伴落水应如何处置"认知程度低,在接受科普后仅有57.87%认为"自己跳入河中营救"是错误的做法;对于如何测定肥胖(BMI>28)从课前的41.92%提升到课后的59.41%;对于每天的饮奶量需要达到300 ml,从课前的41.21%提升到课后的83.24%;对于红绿灯中的黄灯表示警示,在科普前即达到79.78%的正确率;然而对于多吃含钙的食物不会预防贫血,在科普后也高达62.50%的小学生回答错误。问题全部回答正确比例从科普前的3.43%上升到科普后的28.52%(P<0.01)。518名小学生对科普课程很满意(占73.16%),77名小学生比较满意(占10.88%)。结论赣州市某乡镇小学生对科普课程的接受程度高。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health popularizing courses on improving the health knowledge of primary school students. Methods In April 2019,the project of "Rooting at the Grassroots, Health Peer" entered a township primary school in Ganzhou city.Through questionnaire survey, the health knowledge mastery of primary school students from Grade 3 to Grade 6 before and after popularizing science courses was evaluated, and the changes in the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction was analyzed. Results A total of 737 students from Grade 3 to Grade 6 were investigated, and the response rates were 100.00% and 97.20% respectively before and after the lecture.Primary school students had a low degree of understanding of the problem "how to deal with the companions falling into the river".After receiving the popular science, only 57.87% thought that "jumping into the river to rescue oneself" was a wrong approach.How to measure obesity(BMI>28) increased from 41.92% before class to 59.41% after class;"the daily milk consumption should reach 300 ml" increasing from 41.21% before class to 83.24% after class.For the yellow light in the traffic light, the accuracy rate reached 79.78% before popularizing science.However, for eating more foods containing calcium will not prevent anemia, after the popular science was also as high as 62.50% of the primary school students answered wrong.The proportion of correct answers to all the questions increased from 3.43% before popularizing to 28.52% after popularizing(P<0.01).518 pupils(73.16%) were very satisfied with the popular science courses, while 77 pupils(10.88%) were relatively satisfied. Conclusion Primary school students in a townships of Ganzhou city have a high degree of acceptance of popular science courses.
