摘要
目的观察小青龙汤联合中药封包治疗寒饮型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月在景德镇市中医医院住院及门诊的90例寒饮型咳嗽患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予小青龙汤联合中药封包治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、咳嗽症状积分及咳嗽视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分。结果治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的咳嗽症状积分和VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤联合中药封包治疗能提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的寒饮型咳嗽症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation in the treatment of cold fluid cough.Methods A total of 90 patients with cold fluid cough who were hospitalized and outpatient in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,cough symptom score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,cough symptom score and VAS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the symptoms of cold fluid cough and pain symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.
