摘要
北横通道新建二期工程位于上海市中心城区,为城市繁忙干道改造跨越铁路咽喉区的关键节点工程,共跨越八条铁路股道及地铁3、4号线。项目施工影响因素极为复杂,安全要求高。桥梁采用单拱面下承式拱桥结构型式,钢梁钢拱。采用步履式顶推方式进行施工,在铁路及轨道交通运营的天窗点进行顶推作业。阐述了桥梁顶推方案设计与计算分析、实施过程及安全控制等内容,可供类似工程借鉴。
The Beiheng Channel Phase Ⅱ Project is located in the central urban area of Shanghai. It is a key node project for the reconstruction of busy urban trunk road to overpass the railway throat area. The project will overpass eight railway tracks and Metro Line 3 and 4. The influence factors of project construction are very complex and the safety requirements are high. The single arch face through arch bridge structure, steel beam and steel arch are adopted for the bridge. The walking incremental launching method is adopted in the construction. The incremental launching operation is carried out at skylight points of railway and rail transit operation. The design, calculation analysis, implementation process and safety control of bridge incremental launching scheme are expounded, which can be referred for the similar projects.
