摘要
在现有小麦制粉工艺及设备现状基础上,对小麦制粉车间空压机余热与麸皮烘干、温水润麦所需的热量以及员工生活用热进行了计算分析,计算出理论可回收热能与车间生产、员工生活所需热能,设计了空压机余热综合利用系统,分析论证了热能回收方案。将空压机运行过程中产生的热能高效回收并加以利用,将余热置换成热水,夏季用于车间麸皮烘干的能源,冬季用于温水润麦或办公、职工公寓供暖,平时还可以用于员工洗浴。若能将空压机余热全部回收利用,一个600 t/d的面粉车间每年约可节约电费27万元,降低企业运营成本,提高企业市场竞争力。
The waste heat of air compressors in the wheat milling workshop and the heat needed for bran drying, wheat tempering, as well as the staff life need were calculated and analyzed. The comprehensive utilization and heat energy recycling schemes of waste heat of air compressor system is designed. The wast heat of the air compressors was efficient recycled to produce hot water. The heat recovered can be used for bran drying in summer and be used for wheat tempering or heating for the office and the worker apartment in winter. If the waste heat of air compressor heat was recycled efficiently, 267000 yuan electricity fee can be saved for a milling workshop of 600 t/d wheat flour in a year. This means reduction of business operating costs, and improvement of market competitiveness.
