钱塘江杭州段野生鲫鱼内分泌干扰风险研究

Study on the endocrine disrupting effects in wild Carassius auratus from Hangzhou Section of Qiantang River

摘要 目的了解钱塘江杭州段野生鲫鱼体中内分泌干扰效应,探讨该水生生态系统的内分泌干扰生态风险。方法以钱塘江杭州段为调查对象,设置6个采样区域,包括千岛湖、桐庐窄溪、中埠、富阳大桥、三江口和九堡,每个区域捕捉野生雄性鲫鱼,称体质量、量体长,采取野生雄性鲫鱼尾静脉采血后,并进行解剖,把肝脏和性腺(精巢)解剖分离出来,称重。取出血清,进行卵黄蛋白原(VTG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的测定。结果钱塘江杭州段各采样点野生雄性鲫鱼肝胰腺数值(HSI)为1.57%~2.17%,性腺指数(GSI)为2.05%~3.19%,卵黄蛋白原(VTG)水平为4716 ng/ml~5190 ng/ml,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性为15.1 U/mg prot~18.7 U/mg prot,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性为16.1 U/mg prot~21.6 U/mg prot。GSI、HSI、VTG、SOD和CAT与对照点相比较存在一定差异,但是差异不显著。结论钱塘江杭州段水生生态系统内分泌干扰风险较低,有关其生态风险评估可进一步结合其他模型进行深入研究。 Objective To understand the endocrine disrupting effects in the wild Carassius auratus of Qiantang River and to evaluate the risk assessment.Methods The wild male Carassius auratus from six sampling sites including Qiandao Lake,Zhaixi,Zhongbu,Fuyang Bridge,Sanjiangkou and Jiubao from Qiantang River were collected.The weight and length of fish were measured and the tail vein blood was collected.The endocrine disrupting effects biomarkers including vitellogenin(VTG),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were determined.Results The hepatosomatic index(HSI)and the gonadosomatic index(GSI)of the male Carassius auratus was within 1.57%-2.17%and 2.05%-3.19%,respectively.The level of VTG was within 4716 ng/ml-5190 ng/ml.The activity of SOD and CAT was 15.1 U/mg prot-18.7 U/mg prot and 16.1 U/mg prot-21.6 U/mg prot,respectively.Though the HSI,GSI,VTG,SOD and CAT of wild male Carassius auratus at sampling sties of Qiantang River were different,the differences were not significant.Conclusion The ecological risk of aquatic ecosystem from Qiantang River was relatively low.More investigations and risk assessment models were launched in this area.
