摘要
高压加热器(简称高加)作为一种热量转换装置,是火力发电厂给水回热系统的重要设备,其性能和运行的可靠性将直接影响机组经济性和安全性。本文基于某电厂60 MW汽轮机组,以等效焓降法及现场实际数据为基础,确定高压加热器系统泄漏后可带病运行的临界时间,通过计算煤耗损失讨论高压加热器系统的泄漏对热经济性的影响,可知60 MW机组高加钢管泄漏后,允许带病运行时间为10.52天,长期带病运行并不经济划算。
As a kind of heat transfer device,the high pressure heater is an important equipment in the feedwater and heat return system of thermal power plant.Its performance and reliability of operation will directly affect the economy and safety of the unit.In this paper,based on the equivalent enthalpy drop method and the field data of a 60 MW turbine unit in a power plant,the critical time of the leakage of the high pressure heater system can be operated with disease under the premise of ensuring safety,and the influence of the leakage of the high pressure heater system on the thermal economy is discussed by calculating the coal consumption loss.After the leakage of high steel pipe in 60MW unit,the allowable running time is 10.52 days,which is not economical for long-term running.
