一种抗高凝析油阳离子起泡剂的制备及室内评价

摘要 针对南海西部油田出水气田地层温度高,部分区块高含凝析油的特点,制备了一种以阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为基础引入羧基的起泡剂,进行了室内评价并对泡沫进行了微观分析。结果表明:该起泡剂临界胶束浓度位0.5 g/L,γcmc为32.3 mN/m;在40%凝析油(质量分数)中起泡高度可达246 mm,携液量为16.72 mL/min;140℃老化实验后,起泡性能和携液能力无明显改变。 In view of the characteristics of high formation temperature and high condensate oil content in the South China Sea water-producing oil and gas fields,a new foaming agent was developed by introducing a carboxy group into cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium chloride to reduce the surface tension of the foaming agent and improve the foaming ability and foam stability.The results show that the critical micelle concentration of this foaming agent is 0.5 g/L,γcmc is 32.3 mN/m;the foaming height can reach 246 mm in 40%condensate oil(mass fraction),and the liquid carrying capacity is 16.72 mL/min.After the 140℃aging test,the performance and liquid carrying capacity of this foaming agent remained unchanged.
