摘要
智能诊断是“智慧电厂”建设的关键环节,为此本文提出一种基于知识图谱的智能诊断新思路,并开发了一套火电机组智能辅助诊断系统。该智能辅助诊断系统以专家知识为基础,结合人工智能、大数据分析等技术,是一套集智慧化和知识化于一体的运维智能辅助诊断系统。本文详细介绍了知识图谱构建流程和智能诊断推理框架,基于Java EE平台开发了火电机组智能辅助诊断系统。最后以某火电机组作为研究对象,验证了基于知识图谱的智能诊断推理模型的有效性和火电机组智能辅助诊断系统的优越性。
Intelligent diagnosis is a key task in the construction of"smart power plant".Therefore,this paper proposes a new idea of intelligent diagnosis based on knowledge graph and develops a set of intelligent assistant diagnosis system for thermal power units.This intelligent assistant diagnosis system is based on expert knowledge,combined with artificial intelligence,big data analysis and other technologies to form a set of operation and maintenance assistant systems that integrate intelligence and knowledge.This paper introduces the knowledge graph construction process and the intelligent diagnosis reasoning framework in detail,and develops an intelligent assistant diagnosis system for thermal power units based on the Java EE platform.Finally,a thermal power unit is used as the research object to verify the effectiveness of the intelligent diagnosis inference model based on the knowledge graph and the advantage of intelligent assistant diagnosis system for thermal power units.
