摘要
职业精神和职业技能融合培养是顺应国家经济社会发展、高职院校高质量人才培养和学生自身全面可持续发展的需要。目前高职院校仍然存在对职业精神重视不够、课程体系不完善、教师能力不充分、考核办法不健全等问题,需要通过修订人才培养方案、优化教学课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、营造校园企业文化、强化日常行为管理使职业精神与职业技能的融合贯穿于人才培养的全过程,实现职业精神与职业技能的有机融合。
The integrated training of professional spirit and vocational skills conforms to the country’s economic and social development needs and it is in line with the needs of high-quality talent training and students’overall sustainable development in higher vocational colleges.At present,higher vocational colleges still have problems such as insufficient attention to professional spirit,imperfect curriculum system,insufficient teacher ability,and imperfect assessment methods.It is necessary to revise the talent training plan,optimize the teaching curriculum system,strengthen the teaching staff,create corporate culture on campus,and strengthen daily behavior management so that the integration of professional spirit and vocational skills runs through the entire process of talent training.Thereby the harmonious integration of professional spirit with vocational skills is realized.
