摘要 热障涂层是应用于航空航天发动机、燃烧室、尾喷管等高温部件表面的隔热防护材料。文章对目前国内外热障涂层的制备方法进行了归纳分析,并展望了热障涂层制备方法的发展方向。热障涂层的制备方法主要包括大气等离子喷涂、电子束物理气相沉积、激光熔覆、电泳沉积、液相等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积,目前实际生产中主要使用大气等离子喷涂和电子束物理气相沉积两种方法。开发新型热障涂层制备方法与传统涂层制备方法的结合是未来的热障涂层制备方法的发展趋势。 Thermal barrier coatings is a kind of heat-insulating protective material applied to the surface of high-temperature components such as aerospace engines, combustion chambers, and exhaust nozzles. This paper summarizes and analyzes the preparation methods of thermal barrier coatings at home and abroad and the development direction of preparation methods is prospected. The preparation methods of thermal barrier coatings mainly include atmospheric plasma spraying, electron beam physical vapor deposition, laser cladding, electrophoretic deposition, liquid plasma spraying, supersonic flame spraying, plasma spraying-physical vapor deposition.At present, atmospheric plasma spraying and electron beam physical vapor deposition are the main methods to prepare thermal barrier coatings. The development of new thermal barrier coating preparation methods combined with traditional coating preparation methods is the development trend of future thermal barrier coating preparation methods.
