摘要
目的:探讨夜间使用耳塞和眼罩对重症监护室(ICU)病人谵妄和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月—2019年12月福建省肿瘤医院ICU诊治114例病人为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组57例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上夜间使用耳塞和眼罩。所有病人夜间均佩戴运动手环监测睡眠质量,对两组病人睡眠质量、谵妄情况及ICU住院时间进行比较。结果:试验组病人总睡眠时间、深睡眠时间、浅睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05),清醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05),谵妄发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在夜间对ICU病人使用耳塞和眼罩可减少谵妄的发生,并改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of earplugs and eye masks at night on delirium and sleep quality in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods:A total of 114 patients treated in ICU in Fujian Cancer Hospital were selected from April 2019 to December 2019,and were divided into control group and experimental group by using random number table method,57 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing measures,and Patients in experimental group used earplugs and eye patches at night on the basis of routine nursing.All patients had been worn sports bracelets at night to monitor their sleep quality.Sleep quality,delirium and length of stay in ICU were compared between the two groups.Results:The total sleep time,deep sleep time,and light sleep time of patients in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the waking time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of delirium was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of earplugs and eye masks for ICU patients at night could reduce delirium and improve the quality of sleep.
