摘要
目的探究分析以案例为基础(CBL)教学法在肛肠外科护理带教中的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年3月,于衡阳市中医医院实习的实习护生58名为研究对象。随机数表法分组,29名常规组实习护生予传统教学模式,29名CBL组实习护生予CBL教学模式,统计分析两组实习护生的教学效果。结果CBL组实习护生的技能操作、理论成绩、病史采集以及病历书写的考核评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);服务态度、沟通能力、可信任度、医疗程序以及技术操作方面的满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);协助沟通能力、独立思考能力、临床问题解决能力以及学习效率方面的综合能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床思维能力培养、信息获取能力培养、学习效率提高以及学习兴趣激发方面的教学认可率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法能够更好地满足肛肠外科实习护生的学习需求,能够有效提高实习护生综合专业水平,为实习护生提供高质量教学服务。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of case-based(CBL)teaching method in nursing teaching of anorectal surgery.Methods The 58 selected nursing students’interns selected from February 2019 to March 2020,who did internship in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were regarded as subjects.Random number table grouping,29 routine nursing students used traditional teaching mode,29 CBL training nursing students used CBL teaching mode,statistical analysis of the teaching effects of nursing students in two groups.Results The assessment scores of skill operation,theoretical scores,medical history collection,and medical record writing in the CBL group were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of the CBL group in terms of service attitude,communication ability,trustworthiness,medical procedures and technical operations were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of CBL group in assisting communication ability,independent thinking ability,clinical problem-solving ability,and learning efficiency were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CBL group had clinical thinking ability training,information acquisition ability training,learning efficiency improvement and learning interest stimulation teaching recognition rate was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method can better meet the learning needs of nurse trainees in anorectal surgery,can effectively improve the comprehensive professional level of nurse trainees,and provide high-quality teaching services for nurse trainees.
