摘要
机械加工中,刀具磨损会对加工效率和产品精度造成严重影响。产生刀具磨损原因较多且较复杂,因此将刀具磨损及状态监测与智能制造结合来开发智能监测系统。本文对近年来国内外刀具磨损智能监测方法及系统研究进行综述,主要对监测方法、传统模型的特征提取及选择、监测模型构建三个方面进行总结和探讨,分析目前刀具磨损、状态监测研究及应用难点,并展望了未来研究方向,期望通过刀具磨损及状态的准确判断与预测提高机械制造效率和精度。
In the machining process,the tool wear will seriously affect the processing efficiency and product accuracy.There are many reasons to cause the complexity and tool wear,therefore,the tool wear and condition monitoring are combined with intelligent manufacturing to develop intelligent monitoring systems.In this paper,the method and system of tool wear intelligent monitoring in recent years are reviewed,the monitoring methods,feature extraction and selection of traditional models,and monitoring models are mainly summarized and discussed,the difficulties in current tool wear,condition monitoring research and application are analyzed,the future research directions is prospected.It is expected that the manufacturing efficiency and accuracy can be improved through accurate judgment and prediction of tool wear and condition.
