摘要
广安门医院肿瘤科作为中医肺癌领域的优势科室,历经4代人的努力,30余年的发展,在继承发扬"扶正培本"学术思想的基础上,进一步形成了"固本清源"的学术理论。依托该学术思想,广安门医院联合全国优势中医力量,开展了系列中医肺癌循证医学研究,证明中医药可以降低术后复发转移、延长晚期患者生存时间、改善临床症状及提高生活质量等,明确回答了中医药防治肺癌是否有效这一科学问题。因此获得2016年国家科学技术进步二等奖。随着时代的发展,新的挑战接踵而至,广安门医院肿瘤科在中国中医药循证医学中心的支持下,继续开展中医药防治肺癌系列研究,以期为患者提供一套更精准、有效的中医肺癌临床诊疗方案。
As the superior department in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) field of lung cancer, oncology department of Guang’anmen Hospital had developed for more than 30 years. On the basis of the academic thought of "Fuzheng Peiben", the academic theory of "Guben Qingyuan" was further formed. Under the thoughts of the older generation of experts, oncology department of Guang’anmen Hospital united with superior power of TCM carrying out evidence-based medicine for lung cancer. The results proved that TCM could reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis, prolong survival, improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life. Furthermore, these studies clearly answered the questions whether TCM prevention and treatment were effective against lung cancer. Therefore, 2016 State Science and Technological Awards Second Class Prize was received. Along with the development of times, new challenges had arrived. Under the support of China Center for Evidence-based Medicine of TCM, we continued to carry out a series of studies on the prevention and treatment of lung cancer, in order to provide the more precise and more effective scheme on lung cancer of clinical diagnosis and treatment for our patients.
