摘要
综合化学实验是联系基础化学实验和毕业论文设计的桥梁。为了锻炼学生的实验操作能力和培养学生的科研思维,该文设计了一个基于离子交换树脂法测定水中微量磺胺甲噁唑含量的综合性实验教学案例,并应用于本科实验教学中。结果表明,该综合性实验不仅材料易得、重复性好,而且具有实用性,能够有效地启发和培养学生的创新性思维和实践能力,适用于化学专业、环境科学与工程及生物科学技术等相关专业的高年级本科生的实验教学。
Comprehensive chemistry experiment is a bridge between basic chemistry experiment and graduation thesis design.In order to train students’experimental operation ability and cultivate their scientific research thinking,a comprehensive experimental teaching case based on ion exchange resin method for determination of trace sulfamethoxazole in water is designed and applied in undergraduate experimental teaching.The results show that the comprehensive experiment not only has easy access to materials and good repeatability,but also has sound practical value.As it can effectively inspire and cultivate students’innovative thinking and practical ability,it is suitable for the experimental teaching of chemistry,environmental science and engineering,biological science and technology and other related majors catering to advanced undergraduates.
