沙丁胺醇雾化联合细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗支气管哮喘患儿的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨沙丁胺醇雾化联合细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果。方法:选取2018年11月—2020年6月我院支气管哮喘患儿85例,根据治疗方案不同分观察组(n=45)、对照组(n=40)。对照组予以沙丁胺醇雾化,观察组予以沙丁胺醇雾化联合细菌溶解产物胶囊。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒呼气流量占预计值百分比(FEV 1%)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、气道重塑指标[气道管腔面积(LA)、气道管壁面积(WA)、气道总面积(TA)]、气道炎症指标(血清miR-21、miR-155相对表达量)。结果:观察组总有效率95.56%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FEV 1%、PEF、FVC、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LA、TA大于对照组,WA小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清miR-155相对表达量高于对照组,血清miR-21相对表达量低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇雾化联合细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗支气管哮喘患儿效果显著,能有效改善肺功能及免疫功能,减轻气道炎症,抑制气道重塑,且安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the effect of salbutamol atomization combined with bacterial lysate capsules in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:85 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=40)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was given salbutamol atomization,and the observation group was given salbutamol atomization combined with bacterial lysate capsules.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,pulmonary function indexes(FEV 1%,PEF,FVC),T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),airway remodeling indexes(LA,WA,TA),airway inflammation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The relative expression levels of serum miR-21 and miR-155 were measured.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%higher than that of the control group 75.00%(P<0.05);after treatment,FEV 1%,PEF,FVC,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the LA and TA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the WA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the relative expression of serum miR-155 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the miR-21 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salbutamol atomization combined with bacterial lysate capsule in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma has significant effect,can effectively improve lung function and immune function,reduce airway inflammation,inhibit airway remodeling,and has high safety.
