摘要
飞行安全是民航的重中之重。研究探空气球漂移轨迹特征及其对航路和起降区域的影响,对有效地规避探空气球给航空飞行带来的危险具有重要的实际应用价值。为此,以福州探空站为例,利用2018年2月至2019年1月福州探空站采集的气球漂移信息和福州长乐国际机场及福州地区上空航路信息,采用数理统计和对比分析的方法,研究了探空气球漂移轨迹特征及其对航空飞行的影响。结果表明:福州探空气球漂移轨迹主要是受天气系统影响,从底层到高层漂移距离呈增大趋势,以纬向漂移为主,春、秋、冬三季向东漂移,其中冬季漂移距离最大,秋季的次之;夏季向西漂移,漂移距离最小。探空气球主要是在春、秋、冬影响连江福清航路,对连江青州、连江DAGMO、连江RUPOX航路的影响较小,对福州长乐机场连江导航点之间的起降区域几乎无影响;夏季探空气球远离福州上空航路及机场起降区域,对航班飞行无影响。对连江福清航路的影响频率最高是在11月次年2月,影响高度主要集中在810 km,每日的影响时段大约是在01:3101:57、07:3208:02、19:3220:00。
Flight safety is the top priority for civil aviation.Studying the drifting trajectory characteristics of sounding balloon and its impact on air routes as well as the take-off and landing areas is of great significance to effectively avoid the danger of the sounding balloon to air flights.Hence,taking Fuzhou sounding station as an example,and using the balloon drifting data,the air routes information collected from Fuzhou Changle International Airport and the air routes information over Fuzhou area from February 2018 to January 2019,this study investigates the drifting trajectory characteristics of sounding balloon and its impact on air flights through the methods of statistics and comparative analysis.The results are as follows:Drifting trajectory of balloons in Fuzhou is mainly affected by weather systems.The drift distance from original location increases with height and the drifting is mainly in the zonal direction.Balloons drift eastward during spring,autumn and winter,of which the drift distance in winter is the longest,followed by that in autumn.On the contrary,balloons drift westward in summer and its drift distance is the smallest.In spring,autumn and winter,the sounding balloon has great impact on the air route of Lianjiang-Fuqing,less influence on air routes of Lianjiang-Qingzhou,Lianjiang-DAGMO,Lianjiang-RUPOX,and almost no influence on the take-off and landing areas between Fuzhou Changle International Airport and Lianjiang Navigation point.In summer,balloons have no impact on the air flights since they are far away from the air routes over Fuzhou area and the airport.From November to February,the influence of sounding balloons on the air route of Lianjiang-Fuqing is at the highest frequency,mainly concentrating in the height of 8—10 km.The daily impact periods are around 01:31—01:57,07:32—08:02 and 19:32—20:00.
