共享虚拟驾驶舱动力系统设计

摘要 根据六自由度运动平台的动作要求,设计了以液压站为中心的动力系统,其主要控制6个液压油缸,使平台完成俯仰、偏航、滚转、上下垂直运动、左右平移、前后平移以及6个姿态的复合运动。笔者通过分析和理解液压系统的组成及一些典型的液压回路,以液压站为核心动力系统的来源,完全可以实现运动平台的各种规定动作。通过实践表明,以液压站为动力系统的设计合理,可靠性高,完全能够满足平台的运动要求。 According to the action requirements of 6-DOF motion platform,a power system centered on hydraulic sta⁃tion is designed,which mainly controls six hydraulic cylinders,so that the platform can complete pitch,yaw,roll,up and down vertical movement,left and right translation and fore-and-aft translation as well as six complex motion pos⁃tures.By analyzing and understanding the composition of the hydraulic system and some typical hydraulic circuits,the author takes the hydraulic station as the source of the core power system,and can completely realize various specified actions of the moving platform.Practice shows that the design of the hydraulic station as the power system is reason⁃able and reliable,which can fully meet the movement requirements of the platform.Practice shows that the design of hydraulic station as power system is reasonable,reliable and can fully meet the motion requirements of the platform.
