摘要
历史城区是体现城市历史发展过程或某一发展时期风貌的老城区,具有见证城市发展、演变的历史价值。历史城区也是整体特色鲜明的城市空间和丰富功能的载体,具有不可再生的空间价值和功能价值。其中,历史价值的要素,既有保存至今的历史遗存,也有更新演变后仍然留存的历史信息;空间价值的要素,既有备受关注的格局与风貌,也有易被忽视的空间肌理;功能价值的要素,既有少量的传统功能,也有普遍存在的日常生活功能。只有采用渐进更新的方式,才能完整保留各层次价值要素,保持历史城区的生命与活力。
A historical city is an old city that reflects the historical development process of a city or a certain period of development,and has the historical value of witnessing the history of the city.The historical district is also a carrier of urban space with distinctive overall characteristics and rich functions,with non-renewable spatial value and functional value.Among them,the elements of historical value include both historical relics preserved to this day and historical information that is still circulating after updating and evolution;elements of spatial value include not only the pattern and townscape that have received much attention,but also the spatial texture that is easily overlooked;functional value Elements,not only a small number of traditional functions,but also common daily life.Only by adopting the method of gradual renewal can the value elements at all levels be fully preserved and the life and vitality of the historic district can be maintained.
