摘要
基于低锰及Cr-Mo-Ni-B成分体系设计,采取热连轧、横切、离线调质的工艺路线,实现了900 MPa级薄规格调质高强钢的稳定生产。通过光学显微镜、拉伸试验机和冲击试验机对试验钢在不同卷曲温度和热轧、淬火、调质后的组织及性能进行检测,结果显示:试验钢在550℃温度卷曲后调质处理获得的强度比680℃温度卷曲后调质处理获得的强度度高13~20 MPa;热轧态试验钢组织为铁素体、珠光体和粗大M-A岛等混合组织,淬火后组织为典型马氏体,回火后组织为均匀回火索氏体。在焊接热输入量为19 kJ/cm的焊接工艺下,调质钢焊接接头各项性能良好。
Based on the composition design of low Mn content and Cr-Mo-Ni-B system,stable production of 900 MPa grade light gauge quenched and tempered high strength steel is realized by processes of hot continuous rolling,transverse cutting,offline quenching and tempering.Microstructure and mechanical properties of test steel at different coiling temperatures and conditions are tested by optical microscope,tensile testing machine and impact testing machine.The results show that the strength of quenched and tempered test steel coiled at 550℃is higher than that of the same steel coiled at 680℃by values from 13 MPa to 20 MPa.The as-rolled test steel consists of mixed structure including ferrite,pearlite and coarse M-A islands,the microstructure of quenched test steel is typical martensite,the microstructure of tempered test steel is homogeneous tempered sorbite.All the properties items of weld joint from quenched and tempered steel are of good results by welding process with welding heat input of 19 kJ/cm.
