脑膜瘤组织中H3K27me3的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨H3K27me3在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2018年5月至2019年12月郑州大学第一附属医院手术切除的140例脑膜瘤患者的肿瘤标本为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学法检测不同世界卫生组织(WHO)级别和组织学亚型脑膜瘤组织中H3K27me3蛋白的表达,并分析H3K27me3蛋白表达与患者临床病理学参数的关系。结果脑膜瘤组织中H3K27me3蛋白阳性表达率随着WHO级别升高逐渐降低,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑膜瘤组织中H3K27me3蛋白的表达与脑膜瘤患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤的组织学亚型均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论脑膜瘤组织中H3K27me3蛋白的表达随着WHO级别升高逐渐降低,检测膜膜瘤组织中H3K27me3蛋白表达有助于脑膜瘤分级的病理诊断。 Objective To investigate the expression of H3K27me3 in meningioma tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The resected tumor specimens of 140 meningioma patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The expression of H3K27me3 protein in meningioma tissues of different World Health Organization(WHO)grades and histological subtypes was examined by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression of H3K27me3 protein and the clinicopathological parameters of patients with meningioma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of H3K27me3 protein in meningioma tissue decreased with the increase of WHO grade,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of H3K27me3 protein in meningioma tissues was not correlated with the age,gender of patients with meningioma and the histological subtypes of meningiomas(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of H3K27me3 in meningioma tissues decreased with the increase of WHO grade.The detection of H3K27me3 protein expression level in meningioma tissues is helpful for the pathological diagnosis of meningioma grade.
