摘要
分析了中台能力运营中心在电信运营商中台体系中的定位和架构,以一级中台能力运营中心为切入点,阐述了中台能力运营中心的功能组成以及注册、封装、管控和调用策略等服务能力,探讨了全网服务治理体系的建设以及基于两级中台能力运营中心实现全网能力协同的思路,最后展望了中台能力运营中心的演进路径。对探讨面向未来发展的运营商中台体系建设有一定参考作用。
The architecture and function of the middle platform capability operation center of telecom operators were analyzed,and the registration,encapsulation,and access control strategy of service and capability were expounded.The construction ideas of the service governance system and the capacity collaboration were discussed,and the evolution path of the middle platform capacity operation center was proposed.The proposed idea provides a valuable reference for telecom operator to build the system of middle platform.
