摘要 介绍了发动机冷却风扇气动性能的试验方法,利用Fluent软件对C型风管式台架风扇性能测试系统进行了仿真模拟,得到了风扇的流量、静压及静压效率结果。根据风扇图纸上性能数据进行了仿真模型修正,基于修正后模型进行了风扇气动噪声仿真,并与测试进行对比。结果显示,在各测点噪声仿真与测试数值接近且变化趋势一致,验证了仿真方法的有效性,为风扇的优化设计、配套选型提供了参考依据。 The performance testing method of engine cooling fan was introduced.Measuring date of fan′s mass flow rate,static pressure and static efficiency with C-type air duct system ware obtained by Fluent software,the simulation model was modified based on the test data of drawing.An aerodynamic performance of the fan was simulated with the modified model,the result showed there were same trend in different measure point and proved the effectiveness of the method.This simulation method can offer support for optimization,improvement and matching of the fan.
