摘要
针对电力机车检修过程牵引装置中牵引销连接螺纹孔出现的脱扣、乱牙等问题,在采用钢丝螺套修复方案的基础上,对牵引装置进行力学分析,以确保选取的钢丝螺套具备良好的力学性能;对螺栓组螺纹连接强度进行计算,以确保选取的钢丝螺套具备足够的连接强度;对钢丝螺套进行可靠性分析,以确保修复方案能够满足相关技术要求。通过固化修复方案和实践验证,证明所制定修复方案具有一定的实用价值。
In the process of electric locomotive maintenance,the traction pin connection threaded hole in the traction device may cause the phenomenon of tripping or disordered teeth,which seriously restricts the vehicle maintenance quality.Adopting the wire thread insert repairing scheme,the mechanical analysis of the traction device was carried out to ensure that the selected wire thread insert had good mechanical properties.The screw connection strength of the bolt group was calculated to ensure that the selected wire thread insert had sufficient connection strength,and the reliability of the wire thread insert was analyzed to ensure that the repairing scheme could meet the requirements of relevant characteristics and technical indicators.Finally,the repair scheme was solidified and the practical verification was carried out to ensure that the implementation scheme could be controlled and had good applicability.
