便携式太阳能伸缩幼果套袋机设计与应用

摘要 提出一种便携式太阳能伸缩幼果套袋机,该套袋机的壳体上安装有柔性太阳能电池,壳体内安装有蓄电池,柔性太阳能电池为蓄电池供电,壳体的手柄上设置有启动按钮和伸缩按钮,用来控制机器启动与伸缩。壳体两侧的支架凹槽内安装有伸缩杆,能够在伸缩杆电机的驱动下完成伸缩,在壳体内安装卷筒,实现连续出袋。利用柔性太阳能电池进行驱动,减少能源消耗,同时保护环境,对于较高大的果树采用伸缩装置以达到给幼果套袋的目的,同时利用碳纤维、轻质高强度铝合金等轻质、环保材料为套袋机“瘦身”。 In this paper,a portable solar telescopic bagging machine is presented.The case of the bagging machine is installed with a flexible solar cell and the case is installed with an accumulator.The flexible solar cell provides power for the accumulator.Telescopic rods are installed in the grooves of the supports on both sides of the shell,which can be telescopic under the drive of the telescopic rods motor,and the drum is installed in the shell to realize continuous bag-out.Flexible solar cells are used for driving to reduce energy consumption and protect the environment at the same time.For tall fruit trees,a telescopic device is adopted to achieve the purpose of bagging young fruit.At the same time,carbon fiber,light and high-strength aluminum alloy and other light and environmentally friendly materials are used to“slim down”the bagging machine.
