摘要
全球一体化发展趋势给饲料企业跨境电商业务的拓展,提供了新的机遇和发展空间。在更开放的国际市场环境下,饲料产品的市场推广和品牌影响力都会得到进一步提升。跨境电商模式的选择将决定饲料企业国际市场开拓的成败,在现有的B2B等电商模式下,饲料产品跨境电商成本无法得到有效控制,物流效率也无法得到保证。为此,本文从成本控制和用户体验的角度出发,设计一种全新的M2C+海外仓的跨境电商模式,旨在缩短供应链长度和产品交付时间的同时,显著降低跨境电商的各项成本。为保证全新电商模式的顺利推广和使用,还要从数字资源整合、跨境电商流程规范及平台窗口建设等方面加以完善,全面提升饲料产品海外市场的竞争力。
The development trend of globalization provides new opportunities and development space for the expansion of cross-border e-commerce business of feed enterprises.In a more open international market environment,the market promotion and brand influence of feed products will be further enhanced.The choice of cross-border e-commerce mode will determine the success or failure of international market development of feed enterprises.Under the existing B2B e-commerce mode,the cost of cross-border e-commerce of feed products can not be effectively controlled,and the logistics efficiency can not be guaranteed.Therefore,from the perspective of cost control and user experience,a new cross-border e-commerce model of M2C+overseas warehouse was designed,which not only shorten the length of supply chain and product delivery time,but also significantly reduce the costs of cross-border e-commerce.In order to ensure the smooth promotion and use of the new e-commerce model,it was necessary to improve the digital resource integration,cross-border e-commerce process specification and platform window construction,so as to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of feed enterprises in overseas markets.
