混合标准溶液加样法快速测定食品中的阿斯巴甜和阿力甜

摘要 建立了一种同时快速定性定量测定食品中阿斯巴甜和阿力甜的新方法。以饮料和酸奶为样品,用反相高效液相色谱混标加样法进行测定。结果表明:饮料和液态乳制品中阿斯巴甜和阿力甜的最低检出限为0.090 mg/kg,回收率为90.3%~97.2%,相对标准偏差小于5%。测定结果与国标法对照,无显著性差异。该法无需测定空白,无需绘制标准曲线,简便、快速、成本低,实现了标准溶液和试液同条件下的同时定性、定量分析,有一定的创新性和较强的实用性。 A new method for simultaneously rapid qualitative and quantitative determination of aspartame and alitame in food is established.The beverage and yogurt samples are determined by RP-HPLC with mixed standard solution sampling method.The results show that the lowest detection limit of aspartame and alitame in beverage and liquid dairy product is 0.090 mg/kg,the recovery rate is 90.3%~97.2%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.There's no significant difference between the determination results and the national standard method.The method is simple,rapid and low-cost,without measuring blank or drawing standard curve.It can realize the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of the standard solution and the test solution under the same conditions,and it has certain innovation and strong practicability.
