摘要
职业生涯规划视角下,高校毕业生“就业难”现象愈演愈烈,社会就业压力随之剧增。究本溯源,就业政策法规不健全,人才竞争机制不合理,就业指导课程不完善、大学生自身素质较低等是影响高校毕业生“就业难”的主要原因。解决高校毕业生“就业难”问题,政府应制定相关政策,提供大学生职业规划的宏观保障;市场应构建公平人才竞争机制,为高校毕业生提供良好的就业环境;高校应加强就业指导工作,引导大学生进行职业规划;大学生应提升自身整体就业素养,培养职业规划意识与能力,四方共同参与,从而提高高校毕业生就业效率与质量。
From the perspective of career planning,the phenomenon of"difficulties in obtaining employment"among college graduates has become more and more intense,and social employment pressure has also increased dramatically.Tracing back to the origin,unsound employment policies and regulations,unreasonable talent competition mechanism,imperfect employment guidance courses,and low quality of college students are the main reasons that lead to college graduates’difficulty in job-hunting.To solve the"employment difficulties"faced by college graduates,the government should formulate relevant policies to provide macro guarantees for college students’career planning;the market should build a fair talent competition mechanism to provide college graduates with a fine employment environment;colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance and guide college students to carry out career planning;college students should improve their overall employment literacy,cultivate career planning awareness and ability.Only with the joint efforts of the four parties will efficiency and quality of employment of college graduates be improved.
