摘要
从事离子型稀土开发必然会遇到稀土与铝的分离问题。铝在稀土萃取分离线中的弥散分布和纠缠不清致使稀土分离效率和产品质量降低。为此,需要从环境保护、稀土产品质量和生产成本要求出发,提出经济实用且高效的分离体系或分离流程,让稀土与铝做到相敬如宾。本文针对离子型稀土矿山稀土提取流程和产品质量优化要求,重点讨论了以沉淀和萃取相结合的从稀土浸出液中富集稀土,生产极低铝含量稀土矿产品的新方法,并对后续与稀土分离流程的耦合和创新方案提出了建议。
Engaged in the development of ion adsorption rare earth will inevitably encounter the separation of rare earth from aluminum. The dispersion distribution and entanglement of aluminum in rare earth extraction separation line lead to the decrease of separation efficiency and product quality.Therefore, the respect of rare earth with aluminum is necessary for putting forward an economical and efficient separation system or process from the requirements of environmental protection, rare earth productquality and production cost. According to the requirements of mine extraction process and product quality optimization, a new method of enriching rare earths from their leaching solution by means of precipitation and extraction was discussed in this paper for producing rare earths with very low content of aluminum, and the coupling and innovation scheme with rare earth extraction separation process were proposed.
