摘要
装配式建筑和BIM技术越来越成为当下建筑业发展的方向,把两者结合起来不仅有助于BIM技术的推广发展,而且也有助于解决传统装配式建筑设计中存在的诸多问题。本文总结了几个传统装配式建筑深化设计中遇到的问题,包括标准化程度低、二维图纸表达的局限性、构件碰撞问题难以提前发现、BOM物料表统计困难等;然后提出运用BIM技术如何有效解决这些问题,并以宁波某装配式住宅项目为案例具体介绍了BIM技术在装配式建筑深化设计中的运用。
Prefabricated buildings and BIM technology have increasingly become the development direction of the current construction industry.Combining the two will not only help the promotion and development of BIM technology,but also help solve many problems existing in traditional prefabricated building design.This paper summarizes several problems encountered in the deepening design of traditional prefabricated buildings,including the low degree of standardization,the limitations of two-dimensional drawings,the difficulty of detecting component collisions in advance,the difficulty of BOM material list statistics,etc.,and then puts forward how to use BIM technology to effectively solve these problems.Take a prefabricated residential project in Ningbo as an example,it introduces the application of BIM technology in the deepening design of prefabricated buildings.
